Lindy pointed out that food affects all parts of the body, and that some foods maintain the health of the vagina and help women enjoy a good sex life with their husbands.
Lindy reported that eating the right food would keep the vagina moist and boost a woman's libido.
This means that you should focus on three main nutrients, namely vitamins A, C, and E, which are found in colorful fruits and vegetables.
Eating sweet potatoes, carrots, or orange fruits and vegetables, which contain high levels of vitamin A, helps boost sex life.
As for tomatoes, which contain high levels of the antioxidant Lycopene, it helps fight various diseases and helps women reach orgasm in sexual relations.
Lindy revealed several vegetables and fruits that are important for the health of the vagina and the marital life of women, namely:
- Garlic: It contains many different antioxidants that help protect the vagina from various diseases.
- Yogurt: Maintains the health of the vagina because it contains probiotics.
- Salmon: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties and its omega-3 content that helps relieve menstrual pain.
- Green tea: It contains antioxidants that reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections.
On the other hand, Lindy stressed the need to avoid foods high in sugar, which work to imbalanced hormones, in addition to the need to reduce foods high in fat.
